Lazarus Taxon, 2010

Using archival footage and ritualistic costumes, Lazarus Taxon tells the story of the lost love between a man and a marsupial. The video’s narrative draws from the work of Ernest Hemmingway and the field of Eclipsazoology (the study of extinct animals).
